This company can tell you what's wrong by just looking at my dryer. I guess this is why I am waiting on them to come out for the 5th time. They know me well and that is why I am always the last repair they will do for the day, if they even show up. Robert and Adam have horrible attitudes but I got one also. You can tell Lupe and Priscilla never went to school for Human Resource Mgmt or even office assistants because they don't know how to answer the phone. I probably was disturbing their spanish soap operas. I am willing to get the word out aout this company if my dryer is not fixed today. I can't believe Whirlpool and Maytag has settled for a company of such imcompetence and they have lost my business forever.
