Not Recommended! We were quite disappointed with The Blind and Shutter Gallery. We paid top dollar for our window treatments but the service was really poor. They were generally not very responsive. They would tell us that something we ordered would be in by a certain date. The date would pass and we wouldn't hear from them. We always had to follow up with them to find out if they received the order and to arrange for installation. They showed up for the installation without all the materials so they couldn't do the complete job at one time. We had not been informed of this in advance and we had a guest sleeping in a room with no window treatment for a few days. The people we spoke with at the shop were rather indifferent toward our situation and not very accommodating. I found the owner to be difficult and erratic to deal with - friendly and personable for one interaction and yelling and temperamental on the next.
