Same as the two reviews below. I wish I had read them before I went. My insurance always covers everything. When I was done with my exam they slapped me with a $200 bill not covered by insurance and tried calling it a sitting/fitting fee and did not even give me a new perscription (which was 2 years old). I still cant see a thing. They argued that they were a ""specialty"" eye place and thats why they could charge this fee, plus i was ""saving"" money because it was a package deal that includes 6 months of contacts?! That means a $90 ""fitting fee"" and i dont know what kind of deal that is. I never agreed to it, but after my appointment it was too late. Majorly ripped off here. I argued till blue in the face. Did anyone make any progress fighting them for a refund?! Ill never go here again.
