My wife and I are fairly new tenants in a Pertria property. We are in an older place managed by Edward and we've been taken care of so well. When we first moved in, we were having problems with our heater. Edward was attentive and diligent in getting it fixed for us. While we waited a few days for the maintenance, Edward credited us a new space heater to stay warm!
Just recently, Edward came through again. Our place had an old gas dryer that didn't work. Originally, there wasn't much the owner was willing to do for us in terms of getting it fixed. But after some conversations with Edward, he arranged for a new dryer.
It is clear that Edward carries out Pertria's value for great customer care. We feel so cared for and are having a great experience so far!
