Mr. Jay Rogers, you have been a customer of ours for several years and we have always over backwards to accomodate you. For you to say these comments is unwarranted. We proved to you over and over again that your issue was with Nissan, and not the Alpine equipment, and not the installation. We spent countless hours in diagnostics(at no charge to you) to assist you in this issue. Once Nissan apparently fixed your vehicle, you called another shop to have all the equipment reinstalled back into the vehicle, and we know this since they contacted us to get your history. On the same day, you called us and said that you were planning on leaving everything in factory form, and attempted to gain free product from us in lieu of the time you spent trying to solve your problem. So if you didn't receive a call back from us you can understand why, we won't be strong armed into giving you free equipment. As you know from prior experience we bend over backwards for our customers but we draw the line at those circumstances which you brought before us. more
