Dear friends - HOW DARE ANYONE say this place has any ambience or environment or anything pleasant about it outside of the food! The place is disgusting from the shopping center to the utensils, chairs, bathrooms, and food preparation facilities. There is no music etc. In fact the nasty vents on the ceiling are literally dripping with dust. As is everything...literally! The food there has always been what makes my entire family come back. But enough is enough. Tonight's experience was deliberately rude, and the service overall was lacking. This is NOT an isolated incident. The owner is way past showing any pride in ownership as evidenced by her absence and the state of the facility overall. The culture there is negative and their staffing and service shows it. The management is rude from the ownership down to the bussboys. It's sad, We all grew up going there. Bye bye Kampai. Does anyone have another suggestion for this cuisine? I can't stomach spending my money there again.
