Johanna was polite when she first called until I started asking for account numbers and who the original creditors were and the balances on the several accounts. She said that the information had been sent to me and verified my address, etc. Well, I finally got the information, some of it, 4 days AFTER I had called and asked to talk with the manager. By the way, they never let me talk to Stacy Polly. Everytime I called back they kept transferring me to Johanna. I called the original creditor and told them what had happened. You can't get blood out of a turnip and when you owe over $100,000 there is only so much you can pay. I guess what they want is for you to not eat or have a roof over your head or gas in your car to get to work. And then they would only get a few more dollars. And how come is it that the balance she gave me was never the same, when she finally gave it to me. Well, it won't lay here, I guarantee you that.
