I live out of town, and saw a car I wanted to buy on their web site. I tried to buy the car over four days when while they told me every story you can imagine. They negotiated for three days before accepting my offer. I told them we had a deal! Then within two hours they turned around and told me they had sold the car to someone else. Completely lacking ethics and honesty.
Admitted that they were wrong and offered to find me another car. Obviously brain dead to think I would by even a bag of peanuts from them after they wasted my time.
Avoid at all costs. There are lots of good BMW dealers, don't waste your time with these guys.
