We really like Trans-O-Mex. They spend so much time teaching their customers exactly what happened. The first time we used them my car was having transmission problems. My boyfriend looked up highly rated places online and found Trans-O-Mex. Their facilities are very nice.
Everybody was very nice. Either Tony or Roger answered the phone, and both were equally prepared to talk about the car. We took 2 cars to them, and both of them knew what was going on with both cars. They spend a lot of time talking about exactly what is wrong. They would give us the broken pieces of the car or show us the bad parts. One time they even spent time drawing what the car looked like and what was going wrong so that I would understand.
They are very understanding, and they listen. I think that the biggest thing about them is their uncanny ability to listen and communicate with the customer. The only problem might have been that it did take a week to fix my car, however I don't know anything about fixing cars or how long it should have taken. Every other time it wasn't that long, and everything else about them is so good. He really tells you exactly what is wrong with the car and why it is functioning that way. Overall the experience was very good because of the communication.
