Before all of this, we had never heard of a Public Adjuster. When the pipes burst and the house flooded, an acquaintance of ours suggested we hire a PA right away. We honestly thought that the insurance company would treat us fairly and we would simply put our house back together and live happily everafter. In the end, Popkin Adjustment was able to secure a fair settlement for us that wound up being many times more than the initial settlement amount the insurance company had offered. It's unfortunate that the public at large isn't more aware of your industry and the benefits to people in situations similar to ours.
