Dear Jim,
Before all of this, we had never heard of a Public Adjuster. When the pipes burst and the house flooded, an acquaintance of ours suggested we hire a PA right away. We honestly thought that the insurance company would treat us fairly and we would simply put our house back together and live happily everafter. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that the insurance company was looking for a cheep settlement with only their best interest in mind.

Your guidance, knowledge of the process, persistence and personal interest in our case were invaluable during this ordeal. Throughout, we always felt ""in the loop"" and never wondered when your next call would be. Each of our call to you were taken or returned promptly and we were always confident that you were 'on it'. It was nice to have someone chasing the details and tracking the insurance company while we went about our lives and the process of piecing our house back together
In the end, Popkin Adjustment was able to secure a fair settlement for us that wound up being many times more than the initial settlement amount the insurance company had offered. Thankfully we did not accept that first offer and called you to the rescue! Needless to say, we are now Public Adjuster advocates, recommending your services to friends who have had home insurance claims, big and small. It's unfortunate that the public at large isn't more aware of your industry and the benefits to people in situations similar to ours.
