So I order their walkies last year for my event inside of the convention center. and when it came down to showtime the 12 walkies did not work.They would catch up with interference form other radios being used and if we got to far it they would get static It caused me a major headache and I was extremely decepointed and of course within 30 minutes of the event we had to put those away.
Once I called them after event I spoke with the sales associate that had helped me named Earl. and he offered a free refund( to me that was common sense) and also went above and beyond by offering me that for the following year he would give me the same credit again for those walkies at no charge.
Turns out that because of that exceptional customer service offer I decided to wait till I finally found them on my email to order the 12 walkies again plus an extra 8 walkies and I also needed a sound system.
I emailed them and a gentleman called mario answered me since earl was no longer with the company and he was also very pleasant.
I requested a quote and my sister reminded me of the offer from the year before for the 12 walkies at no charge.
I mentioned to him and he went back to his supervisor to ask about it.
He sent me an email saying
""Hello,
Unfortunately we will not be able to honor this, I apologize for any misunderstanding.
In an effort to display my willingness to facilitate the situation, I am willing to extend a $25 discount on this years order.
Let me know if this will suffice.

I sent him an email back asking him what he meant by ""misunderstanding""?.
Because to me it was clear as day but I was still willing to negotiate with them.
I get a phone call within minutes after my answer and it was a lady that claimed to be the office manager
and she was very upset and obviously not wanting to even hear what I had to say
all she said to me basically is that they would not honor the previous agreement and that I could "" go ahead and take my business somewhere else""
she didnt even let me talk and just kept talking over me like an out of control person.
needless to say I will not be ordering anything from them anymore and also do not recommend them for obvious reasons.
There r so many options in Los Angeles to order walkies from I will definitely and gladly take my business somewhere else.
