We were without heat for the first week in December. I called the company that installed and regularly serviced our unit. When they finally got out to trouble shoot the system, we paid almost $300 and were told someone would call with the cost and scheduling. I called FIVE companies that day and found Action Air of Florida--Thank Goodness! Not only had we paid almost $200 more than Action Air would have charged for that diagnosis--the problem had not been properly identified.
