I am a subscriber to the Consumers Energy appliance coverage plan and experienced a problem woth my GE oven on January 4th. Irequested a service person from Bill & Rod's Appliance because of good, reliable, honest staff from previous service calls. They sent out Dale, who is WONDERFUL professional young man. He immediately found the problem and fixed it! He posesses a quality of caring and I was completely comfortable with him in my house.
