I have never been so disappointment with a company then I have been with yours! I will never do business with your company again and I will make sure to let everyone I know or come into contact with to not us your company! You were a total rip-off and should be ashamed of treating your customers like that. You charge me a $130 to turnover my lint trap!!! Then my husband calls to complain and was told he would get a call back from the owners. Well it has been over 2 months and still no call back. I am telling everyone I see never to do business with you company again! I cannot believe that you treat your customers this way and charge them for the that lack of repair. Not only that when your repair man came to my house he failed to reinstall the dryer hose back to my machine. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY!\r more

I had a problem with my oven and called a dozen different places to come and fix it. No one would come out because they didn't think they could fix it from the description of the problem. Bill & Rod's came to the rescue. Their technician came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again. more

I am a subscriber to the Consumers Energy appliance coverage plan and experienced a problem woth my GE oven on January 4th. Irequested a service person from Bill & Rod's Appliance because of good, reliable, honest staff from previous service calls. They sent out Dale, who is WONDERFUL professional young man. He immediately found the problem and fixed it! He posesses a quality of caring and I was completely comfortable with him in my house. more

I have used Bill & Rods for Sales, & Service on my appliances. I have gotten honest & fair prices on both services. We purchased a home & bought all our appliances through them. They were knowledgeable & very competitive on the prices. They even threw in a major component warranty on ALL of my appliances for free. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. I have read the above comments & chalk it up to sour grapes & someone who is totally out of the loop on any servicer in business in this day and age. Bill & Rods have employed their service Techs for a long time & is refreshing to know, you can have the same tech when you call. It says a LOT for the company to keep their staff for many years & very low turnover. THANK YOU Bill & Rods for a high quality Business in an era of shoddy Customer Service. more

I called with a fairly common and minor problem, and the tech new exactly what it was. Our house is about 4 miles from the shop. Repair man brought the $10 fuse with him and charged us $30 for it. Then charged us $59 for the service call and $60 to plug it into the socket! Took him less than 10 minutes because we moved the dryer out and had it ready for him. I would never call these cheats again even if they would come for free. They couldn't even give us their price for the part! I checked this part all over the internet, and it goes for as little as $4 BRAND NEW! I thought I was doing a good thing by calling a neighborhood shop but I might as well have had Mr. Maytag himself come out. Unbelievable. more

I called and told them what was wrong with my dryer, and they said they could come same day and had a good idea what it was I needed. Their shop is about 4 miles from my house and sure enough, Bill & Rod's guy came out and pulled a $10 (probably less) fuse out of my dryer which was in the middle of the room and ready for service so they didn't have to move anything or unhook anything just pull out the fuse and plug in the new one. About 10 min. worth of work. Charged me $30 for the fuse which I have found on the internet for as little as $4, then $59 for the service call AND another $60 to plug in the new fuse. Sweeeeet huh? I had a guy in Florida replace burned out wires on my air/heat unit in 90+ degree weather and he was there for almost 2 hours. He came after 6:00 on a Saturday and it cost less than this. I also had another guy come in and replace the fan motor on my fridge which required him to take the inside of the freezer apart and he had to go back to the shop and get the part. He still was cheaper than these guys. They are fast but so are car thieves. That's how they make the most money. TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH MY $150 PLUS fuse. Pros: Come right away Cons: Charge WAY MORE than reasonable. more

Their technicians are very experienced and can diagnose/fix your appliances very quickly. They are genuinely honest people. I will buy my parts and use them for service in the future. more
