I looked at the Corporate picture too and would have to agree it is de facto institutional racism. I would assume they are racially profiliong job applicants and discrimating against minorities. Someone should complain to the government. Sad you have this kind of thing happing today. I guess this is the good old boy South bigotry and racism in Charlotte, NC. Client's of this company ought to take a good hard look at them considering the racial make-up of Charlotte (Asians, Latinos, African-Americans, etc).
