After refusing to work on me, due to the fact that they wanted me to sign a new arbitration agreement. I have had no luck in getting someone to return my calls and provide me the funds that were due to me for the unfinished work that was already paid for. On one occasion I was put on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. I have since contacted the better business bureau with no response from SIC. I have contacted the consumer protection agency and my last resort will be small claims court. Beware and check out all of the reviews on other sites, not so good.
