It happened later in my life. I started having more and more bone loss. Something had to be done and so we decided that when I could afford it we would go ahead and have work done. I had to have a bone graft and two bridges with separate implants on the sides. It’s a lot easier to eat. I can eat a lot more things now. The biggest thing for me was that I would always have to cut up my apples. Now I can just bite into an apple and not have to worry! And I really like the way it looks. I like the way it feels. If I have any problems, I know I can come in and they will take care of me. I like the office. I like the people. I like the way they take care of me. Do not go to the Smile Implant Center (SIC), you will regret it. After a horrible, delayed proceedure, I decided to have my remaining dental work completed elsewhere, as I could not get the office to call be back to address my issues. I have been trying to get a refund of the money I financed upfront for well over 6 months. I am still making payments. They have lied to me, telling me that "the check is in the mail" on multiple occasions. They now will not return my calls. I am owed in excess of $20,000.00. This place is indescribale. First of all let me say that all the "Good" reviews are written by employees. The lobby is FILLED with disgruntled patients. I won't even spare you the ugly details of the nighmare we have endured for the last year and a half. A broken tooth a month. A total of 10 Hours upon hours of waiting for a technician. Of most I really don't think have actually graduated. You can plan on a 6 hour dental visit. Your time? Invaluable to them!! The most unprofessional business ever run. Came here for free consultation, waited 2 hours. While in waiting room, 4 or 5 "coordinaters" came in to greet me and asked the same questions over and over again. Then the doctor came, he is very good and knowlegeable. After that one coordinator presented with treatment plan, I told him I will think about if for a couple of days. Then surprise! I was notified by daily credit monitoring company that they ran credit check on me without my authorization or approval. I specifically told him we are doing home loans, dont want to run credit check, it lowers my score. I did not even put down my social security number, dont know how they even ran it. Maybe by birth date, drivers license number and street address. I am very upset! WATCH OUT when you fill out the form here, dont even give them your real name or address or birth date or license number until you have decided to do the work here. more

I made a mistake about two years ago. I signed onto this insurance that you have to use their dentists, and then I found out that they're mostly third world dentists. So this bridge thats here is not a very good bridge. Its good that its coming out. But he had to take the original bridge off which was beautiful bridgework, gold bridgework. Now, I'm had trouble with a tooth in there, when I'm chewing the food gets stuck under the bridge. It caused my teeth around to decay. I know its hard to clean underneath bridges, very hard. So once you get an implant, you can just use your floss and Waterpik and its like a tooth. more

I had my surgery two days ago on Tuesday, and today is Thursday and I have my teeth. I came in as a Doubting Thomas because you dont go anywhere and get all this stuff free. I thought as soon as I got there, theyll tell me, However before you got to pay this and we will refund you that. But no, they were very pleasant. They werent pushy or overbearing or anything. They explained everything beautifully. I was afraid at first because I had no idea what to expect. But I had such a pure hatred for my denture that I decided that Id go for it. What the heck. So I did it and Im very happy about it. Its so much better for me now because my tongue touches the roof of my mouth. I felt like I always had something horrible in my mouth with my denture. I would tell people that I was carrying a rock in my mouth; it was so uncomfortable. But now they look beautiful. So natural to me. Theyre shaped to my face, like when I was 22 and I had teeth. Id recommend it to everyone, yes I would. They do a beautiful job and theyre very wonderful people to deal with. It was amazing to me how they did it because I was talking not to you maybe, but to someone, and someone came in to say Well Ill give you the medication, these pills. And youll be going to sleep. And I said, Okay, sure, right. And they gave me the medication and Im laying there, head back, reciting the 23rd Psalm which I always do when Im upset and I got to the last verse and the next thing I knew, it was over. They were waking me up saying it was time to go home. And thats all I ever heard. And I said, Wow. more

My dad gave me an ad from a newspaper, and two friends said I should go to Dr. Teich. Both of them had, so I did. Really the first impression that registered with me was that everything that he said turned out to be right. I mean, and sense. Every single thing has been great and that means a lot to me. Ive probably been into the offices 40 times. I had really, really bad teeth. And when I was a little over a year old, about thirteen months, I almost starved to death. And also when I was in my early twenties, I was in a lot of fights. My teeth were so infected and unhealthy that they were genuinely threatening my life. He said its either gonna be his way or he wouldnt treat me at all. He said these are the things that I want to do and thats what weve got to do. I trusted him and my health has gotten better and better and better, and now I have a mouth that has no infections. Im still rebuilding, adding teeth, but I have no infections. My whole health, my whole body, my whole outlook on life is better and stronger now because I dont have that huge thing dragging me down. Hes made a gigantic difference in my life. It didnt just cost me a lot of time but also a lot of money, but the big thing was a lot of worry. I was always worried about my mouth and I dont worry anymore. If I have a problem, I call immediately, they get me in, they take of it, they make it go away and I like that. more

A number of companies will you a diagnosis, so they can give you a projected cost. I didn’t feel like any place that we went to had the capabilities of this place. In terms of technical expertise, the look of the facility. The professionalism of the people. Initially we were impressed. So in fairness, it took a little longer than we thought but I think the product was well worth it. The people were professional but personable. And we worked through it together and the end result is something that we’re all proud of. We leave as very please customers. In the end what we got is something that looks very natural. It doesn’t look different because they took the time to put the quality into it that gave us those results. Dentures look different. It was a big deal to do, but they did it all in one day. And I think you follow up support was good. Because you need to feel that you have some follow up support and concerns, just pain, but that someone was there to answer the phones to give us the support it didn’t make it feel like you were trying to do this yourself. Even when I had some concerns. Mr. Snyder I think is just outstanding. The Doctor. I’ve gotten to know the names, Carlos. My point is its been that kind of support. So its made something that is a real change something that is much more palatable. So I’m leaving in good standing. And I’ve got nothing but good to say about you guys and your product. more

This place is like a dental factory, you are definetly a number here. you are put intogroups and treated like cattle moved from one room to another. they sucker you in with a low price and then after having wasted 3 hours on their suppose to be 1 hour consultation they double it on you. I fell for it got an implant and 3 weeks later I had a giant cycst (bacteria ball) growing right on top of the implant. I went back and they said thats normal. BS, I went to another dentist and got it taken care of. DONT GO TO THE DENTAL CENTER AT NEWPORT, if anything does not go cookie cutter they will charge you lots of $$$ more

This place is scary as in ‘SCAM”, I had the free consultation on a Saturday, but it came with a price. • They asked for my Drivers License and made a copy (hmm, should have been the first warning sign). The next day I was mentoring my Credit when I saw that this Scum Company ran a credit check, I didn’t give them any permission to do so. • They had some guy come around and introduced himself as the Cosmetic Dental Dude, and would be happy to answer all my questions. (What questions other than what is the cost?). In other words, what else can we charge you for? • Moral of this story is “Stay away from this type of Dental House Mill”, Find a reputable Dental office that doesn’t heard them in like cattle. more

After refusing to work on me, due to the fact that they wanted me to sign a new arbitration agreement. I have had no luck in getting someone to return my calls and provide me the funds that were due to me for the unfinished work that was already paid for. On one occasion I was put on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. I have since contacted the better business bureau with no response from SIC. I have contacted the consumer protection agency and my last resort will be small claims court. Beware and check out all of the reviews on other sites, not so good. more

I was at my family reunion when I was eating on a rib And bit on a bone and I just heard my teeth go crack and I knew I had crack my teeth broke my teeth you now and so I told my nephew he had to get me out of Here and so I had to fly back home because I went to a dentist there but they told me that they could not do anything except well I went to get then fixed I thought they could fix them but it would take me to long there and I had to fly back home to get it back done so when I went to the dentist here they pulled the roots out and I asked the dentist about implants and he said I could not afford them and my insurance. I had to pay five dollars for what he done. But they do not pay for cosmetic and but I new that and so when I got in my car the commercial was on about smile center. I pulled over and wrote the number down and then I took my cell phone and I called. And I asked then how soon can they see me and I think they told me the next day. So I had just got my teeth pulled and I did not have any teeth in my mouth and I hated that. And I come to the Smile Implant Center and they did it . And they did not ask me if I could afford it they really did not they explained Everything and told me how much it would cost and I could of walked off then if that was the point when they come when I come here they explained Everything to me and how much it was going to cost me and if I did not want it I could of left right then and there and it would not of cost me anything. So it was up to me to except or not. And I choose to get my teeth done here at Smile Implant Center. more

I a??m a shopper, so I mean I just do no??t go for okay that is final deal. So I go in. I went, called a couple other dentists and told them what type work I needed and got kind of like an idea, you know, what the price would be there. the other dentist was my local dentist so he knew my mouth really well because he ha??d worked on me for years. And the price I got from him was just so expensive, I thought, oh my goodness. It was just out of sight. So I thought that was the main reason that I decided to shop it because I just thought it was way way too expensive. And then I saw the video on Smile Implant Center. So I thought, well, I wi??ll go ahead and give them a call and see what they have to offer. And actually to my surprise, they were offering a free consultation with a CT scan. Now, I know a CT scan is usually very expensive. It i??s not just like a normal x-ray. It i??s almost like an MRI type situation where it i??s three dimensional, you know, three dimensional picture and it is all of your mouth. So I thought wow, and this is going to be for free and is not going to cost me. So I a??m the type of person that I want the best value for my money and the best quality for my money. So I decided to come down and you know have a consultation. I just felt that it was well worth the drive. The professionalism of the whole office and just everything state of the art. Because I?? was formally in the medical business. I did billing and collections for doctors and hospitals and temporary help. So I was very impressed with the surroundings and I felt that it was one-stop shopping so you did no??t need to go to this specialist to do a root canal and this person to do something else. It was like right here. And then with the lab being here I felt that very comfortable because that way if there was something that needed to be corrected it was corrected on premise. It did no??t have to go out for two weeks and all the down time of waiting for everything to get back to you. But it was well worth the time and effort and the money because I am not afraid to smile. I love my teeth. I have people that will come up, I had one gal, it was really funny, and I did no??t even have all my work done, and?? I was standing in line going through the security at the airport. And this gal was standing behind me and she said something to me and I turned around and talked to her and I smiled. And she said, Oh my God, your teeth look wonderful. ? She said, I work for a dentist.? She says, I a??m a dental assistant.? So she says, Did you just have a implant procedure, Because she could tell I had crowns on all of these teeth in the front. And I said, yeah I just had them done. And she says, oh they did such a nice job. And she says, I a??m working on peopleâ??s teeth all the time. So that really made me feel good. more

I came to Smile Implant because I have always had my mind set on implants since my regular teeth went bad. I was searching the internet and I saw them on the internet and I started reading. Went to their site and started reading what they do. The most important thing that caught me with the Smile Implant was them mentioning being able to taste your food again. And I said okay because that had been my biggest problem over the past years. I called them and set up an appointment, and told them I’d like to come and see if I could afford it. They said come in, talk to us, we’ll work something out. And I did. I come in, I talked with the doctors and stuff and they told me what they would do and how long it would take. And that is when, I’m kinda thinking of pain at the time because you usually get that needle when you go into the dental office. And when they told me that it would be done with medication, then I said, oh. My blood pressure comes down now. And they set up an appointment. I came in I think it was the 29 of March and they started the procedure on the 29 of March and on the 30 of March they were finished. And I had no pain whatsoever from day one until today, still don’t have any pain, and that in itself is worth the whole process to me. Every time I see them my family and friends now, they say, Show me that smile. And of course I have to do it because it makes me happy. more

My husband had gone to get implants but in the other office in Santa Ana. And eventually he got his smile the way he wanted, he’s very happy with it. He told me that they’d run all these tests and x-rays and said I was alright to go for it, you know. So I gave my okay to go ahead and, something more comfortable than that partial I had. And right now I’m happy as can be. So I mean I went through the whole operation and all. It was discomfort for a while but it’s expected, you know. And now I’m happy with my smile. The staff here is very accommodating, very helpful and patient. Its been a good experience for me. I think that’s wonderful that they give you an opportunity to check and see what needs to be done or if they can help you at first, you know, or what capacity it’s gonna extend to that initially won’t cost you to find out. And then you can mull it over and find out if it’s worth it to you or if you can or can’t. But, you know, at least you have a choice, which a lot of people won’t come in for that kind of money for just not knowing anything. more

They feel like they're your own teeth. I’ve told other people, I’ve told them. If you’re even thinking it, just do it. Because I, the pain is not that bad, its a lot less pain than it would have been if I had gone and got it done piecemeal, little by little, over a six month period. I’d be going through pain all the time. the thing that impressed me most was after I could eat so good. You can eat anything you want and you don’t have to worry about your teeth. If you have false teeth, whether they’re coming out. You don't have to worry about taking them in or out. So when I came in they told me, well they could do it probably two days. Well when I came in, instead of taking two days they did it all in one day. But the big thing I noticed when I came in here was they were very efficient, very quick. Everybody was organized. I mean, everthing’s on a – no wasted time. It was very efficiently done. I don’t see how it could have been done any faster than what was done. I don’t see how it could have been done any faster than what was done. I would definitely recommend the Smile Implant Center for speed, price and efficiency. Pros: speed, price and efficiency more
