I signed up about 3 year ago for service. The sign up fee was outragous! It was over $100 for them to come out and set up service. Although I've always had pleasant conversations with customer service, thats about all I've had. I've had my service shut off a number of times, several of which, they thought my account was someone elses. We had problems with the internet, sometimes we were unable to get on demand service, actually most of the time we tried to watch movies, we were unable to get service. I was always charged about $40 more than my bundle package. The last several times I called, they "lowered" my bill by $20 dollars but with tax it came out about the same. I finally called and told them I'm switching to another company and they tried to talk my bill down in price, but after battling the bill for over a year, I'm done. I'd rather save my money, and get reliable service from someone else. Too bad the customer service was the only thing they had going for them.
