I call at 8:30pm for a delivery of a 6" sub and a 12" sub. I was quoted a 30-40 minute delivery time. I said no problem. I wait for one hour and called back. They told me that they had a new driver, (ok, i can understand that), he had 3 orders to deliver at one time, (probably too many), and one of the places he was taking an order to gave him the wrong address. Why can't I get my sub before the person that gave him the wrong address? If you have a new employee you should have another driver to compensate for his lack of experience.
I told him since I was quoted a 30 minute delivery time I was not paying for the food since it had been 1 hour. He told him that he would offer me a free 6 inch for next time. Remember that I ordered a 6" and a 12" sub. I would have accepted 1/2 off this order. The manager also told me that since it was already in the register that he could not change the order. We all know that is a lie. I am a manager in Food and Beverage, and this is the worse service I have ever experienced. He was as rude as could be. I will never eat there again. They could offer me a free year of food and I would turn it down.
