My wife and I did NOT like customer service(s) we recieved at Oakwood Hills Animal Hospital. Once Dr. Schumacher saw we weren't going to authorize all the costly tests she suggested for our cat, her demeanor/attitude toward us quickly cooled.\r
The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing there. Communication is poor at best; nobody will give you a straight answer. Mistakes abound for which nobody takes responsibility, other than to blame the owner. If you love your pet and don?t own a money tree to keep up with their exorbitant prices stay away!
