Not only are these guys crooks they NEVER even read my meter! It has been covered in grass for months. The last time I dug into it, which was months ago, the lens was completely covered with dirt! It was impossible to read. If you did not know where the cover was in my yard you could nolt find the cover for the hole. When I confronted then about this condition after I paid my first of many $150.00 monthly bills they looked at me and told me there was no way they didn't read my meter! They are complete crooks. Water that tastes so bad you can't drink it for $150.00 / month! God will deal with these @$$'s one of these days!
