Not sure 5/3/2019

I just received my first sewage bill and it’s 75$ is this normal ? And why isn’t there a breakdown.? I haven’t even had it a month and the bill is that high , for sewage only , please is this normal more

Had I known, this disgrace alone would have kept me from moving to this specific area. I can't believe this has been allowed to go on for so long. more
