This company has the worst customer service of any company I've talked to in years. I have 30 years experience in customer service so I'm not a novice in this area. I would of fired most of the woman I've spoken with on the phone. They are not helpful. Certainly don't go out of their way for you and most of the are demeaning when they speak to you. I think it's time to clean house, or get some customer service training.
