Our salesman, Frank, was very personable and took us through our options with little pressure. When we decided to make the purchase he wrote everything up and then turned us over to their ""closer"" who gave us the usual pressure to purchase about 80 optional things (actually about 7, but it seemed like 80.) When we resisted there was minimal pressure. We then finished things up and were out of there in under 3 hours. This was relatively painless, and I don't feel like I need a shower after the event. All in all, not too bad
