My son and daughter in law purchased a high chair from Once Upon a Time several months ago. The high chair was not clean and had to be scoured before use. Recently they took the high chair back to sell, and were told the chair needed to be cleaned before it could be purchased. What a shame it wasn't clean when the store sold it. Once Upon A Child is really not interested in gently used clothes...they really only want unused clothes with the tags still on. Took a swing in to sell, motorized with music, etc. Worked fine but they told us something was wrong with it...but offered to take it off our hands for $18. This place is not amazing and it's not about helping people find more affordable options..it's all about the money/profit. What a surprise. Will never go there again and will encourage others not to.
