Questionable work & no compassion 9/9/2010

On Aug 28, 2010 I took my 9 yr old white persian (on his bday) to Dr Hitt to have his teeth cleaned & his underbelly groomed. He died!!! Our cat had the required bloodwork done beforehand & he was deemed healthy. I will NEVER know if Frosty had an underlying condition or if it was vet error. What I do know is that not a SINGLE person at that office said "I"m sorry for your loss" or showed an ounce of compassion. They were very "matter of fact" as we were grieving the sudden questionable death of our family member. Also, the day I picked up Frosty's ashes I was very upset & left the office w/o paying ( I ALWAYS pay my bilss & have never had an outstanding balance). I wasn't home 20 mins when the office called & demanded immediate payment. WHAT COMPASSION!!!!\r Dr. Hitt also was paid to microchip our wheaten terrier when he went in to be neutered. A year later our dog got out of our yard & a neighbor found him & took him to a vet to see if he was chipped - HE WAS NOT!!!!!! Dr Hitt "re" ch more
