I had a really bad experience. I talked with the receptionist exp'd my problem. I specifically exp'd I wanted the tech. to call me b/f doing anything. While he did call after he did a service I DID NOT give him permission to do. The cost was an extra $165.00 which they insisted had to be paid. I was very upset b/c they justified it by saying there was a broke down in communication with the tech and the receptionist. That's just bad business practice. I tried them b/c Dave Ramsey said they were good. That was not my experience.
