Called and wanted some information but the woman was unable to give me a straight answer. She only wanted to charge me for the largest kennel she had without even seeing my puppy and as soon as I said he was a Pit Bull she went silent and changed her tone. I told her ?He is a lovable and friendly pet? and I felt it unfortunate that she made me feel judged and unwelcomed because he was a Pit. \r
Now I understand that it may have just been this woman but first impressions last a life time and I will never call or visit this place ever. Not to mention that our 11 year old Golden Retriever was going to need to stay there as well. If I called a baby sitter and she sounded this unenthusiastic about her job I would do the same.
