Labor Day weekend my garbage disposal jammed. I used the old fashion method of the broom stick to free it. In doing so I put a hole in the bottom. On Wed. I called a local handyman and asked him how much to install a new disposal, as I had purchased one at a local store. He at first told me $50.00 and then said it would probably be more like $65.00 and by the way he only takes cash. He also told me that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was not pleased with the cash part so I called Whitehead and aksed them how much it would be. Since I am a senior citizen they told me that I would get the senior discount, and that they could be at my home first thing the next morning. When my plumber arrived he was well dressed, polite and efficent. He also put on two toilet seats for me and was done with everything in less than an hour. Fast, Polite and Competent. What I appreciate most is that I was treated with respect from the woman who answered the phone to the plumber. I highly reco
