I had a water heater leak in my home in the middle of the night, I had no idea untill the next morning ! My house was full of water.\r I call Whitehead and some one was out the very next morning at 7:30am I was told the water heat was still under warranty by 10 days out. I got a new water heater and ONLY had to pay for the labor $ 225.00 and not $700.00. I was so happy ! Thank you Whitehead you are my new plumbers. M.C more

Whitehead plumbing charged me $220.00 to replace a blown out water tank that was under warranty. The charge was excessive\r One of their service technicians informed me . that I should be happy that they came to replace it when i complained about the price. Definitely a rip-off organization to be avoided more

Labor Day weekend my garbage disposal jammed. I used the old fashion method of the broom stick to free it. In doing so I put a hole in the bottom. On Wed. I called a local handyman and asked him how much to install a new disposal, as I had purchased one at a local store. He at first told me $50.00 and then said it would probably be more like $65.00 and by the way he only takes cash. He also told me that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was not pleased with the cash part so I called Whitehead and aksed them how much it would be. Since I am a senior citizen they told me that I would get the senior discount, and that they could be at my home first thing the next morning. When my plumber arrived he was well dressed, polite and efficent. He also put on two toilet seats for me and was done with everything in less than an hour. Fast, Polite and Competent. What I appreciate most is that I was treated with respect from the woman who answered the phone to the plumber. I highly reco more

The BEST! Called on a Sunday because I had water leaking from somewhere and I could not figure it out. When I called George walked me thorugh some troubleshooting and we FOUND the leak! (air conditioner was clogged and the line just needed to be blown out) He gave me a choice that they could come and fix it or I could. I figured that I could do it...but then quickly realized that I didn't have the time. I called George back and Whitehead Plumbing was at my door ASAP! LOVE these guys (and gals)!!! Trae helped us out today by providing a list of materials we needed to order to remodel an old-fashioned type bathtub. We had been looking everywhere and could not find what we needed. He copied down the part numbers and told us how we could order directly from the company, since he did not have them - so he made NO money on this transaction. He created a lot of good will, though, and we will certainly recommend \r Whitehead to everyone we know. more

I was washing my boat and when I turned the water off the stem snapped on the faucet. I thought I could go buy a replacement, but when I looked the faucet was totally bricked in with just the handle and the hose bib accessible. Realizing this was a little over my head I called Whitehead and they sent Larry right over. He determined that the only way in was through the sheetrock wall in a bedroom. \r He neatly cut a repairable square out of the wall and proceeded to add in about 10 inches of coppper tubing and installed a threaded fitting to the outside of the house which he put a threaded faucet on. While he was there I asked him to look at my outside faucet on the back of the house as it was broke and I just had an on/off hose fitting attached. He replaced that one in about five minutes. When i build my house i checked everywhere for types of bathtub, sinks,and comodes, whitehead had the most colors, and styles in town. there prices are a little high. but the quality is very good. iwhen i build another house i will go back to them. more
