I had my first experience shopping for my bridal gown at this store. I could not have imagined a worse experience! The staff was exceptionally rude. I wear an 18-20 depending on the brand. I called ahead and the girl told me to come prepared with pictures to show what I was looking for, so I went to their website and printed the styles that I liked and brought them with me. I got there and the girl took my print outs glanced at them and said, "we don't have any of those". Seh goes, "but I'll pull you some" She then disappears and quite a while later, quite a while, reappears and says, "the last dressing room is yours" and then walks away. In the dressing room were some of the most hideous dresses I could have imagined... nothing like the pictures I handed her from their website... and they were all size 24... the biggest size they had and way too big for me... she did not even bother asking what size I was.
