Very unprofessional. We viewed a home they were renting. We filled out an application with the guarantee we would have and answer by Monday. Monday they said Tuesday which would have been acceptable, however Tuesday they said maybe Thursday!!! Mind you we had to pay a 75 dollar credit/background check fee, which kept us from looking anywhere else until we received an answer from them which we were informed they had 3 interested parties. We then asked for their location so we could come pick up our check. Peggy became very rude, said we couldnt come get it she would put it in the mail AND HUNG UP ON US. This is NOT a professional way to treat your customers especially when it was you that hadnt made your decision in a timely manner stating that you may have a buyer for the home. You shouldnt have taken any monies until you were ready to rent it and to keep putting us off another day or two is not good business. Hanging up on someone and then not answering your phone is not a way to run a business, is very rude and unprofessional. Beware of this ""company""!
