I had someone else out here, and they did a lousy job. My main line ended up breaking, and I decided I had to get another opinion. Thank God I did because Bob's Rooter & Plumbing ended up replacing everything the other guy had done. I had considerable work done by Bob.
I was totally pleased with the cost, the workmanship, and their people. They are family oriented, and all the lead people get along very well. They are professional, and they all have good relationships with one another.
Bob had actually done work for me 30 years ago with a part of the main line and some cement work. His work is still holding fast. I didn't know if he was still in business, and he wasn't in the neighborhood, so I didn't call him first, but that was a mistake.
You can trust him to do a good job. The end result will hold up. You are in really good hands with him and his family. He is knowledgeable and considerate; he knows and meets the needs of his customers and goes a step beyond. Bob helped me with other things around my place. I feel grateful that I have him helping me.
