When my wife and I were building our home, we were faced with making many decisions. One of the decisions we had to make was which Company we would select to advise us and install our home audio and video. After interviewing and meeting with 3 different well known companies in the San Antonio area, we decided to select Dominion. Dominion was not the cheapest but we selected them for several reasons (1) they were a "one stop shop" who could take care of all of our home audio and video needs, (2) their knowledge and expertise regarding audio and video was well beyond the other two companies we talked to, (3) the equipment they use is high quality, and (4) their customer service attitude and motivation to do things right was very apparent.
During the build, Dominion did not dissappoint. They continued to advise us and make recommendations based on our wants and needs. The pre-wire went smoothly and when the house was finished, the final install of all of the audio and video equipment was seemless. After the final install Dominion showed my wife and I exactly how everything worked and gave us a complete overview of all of our audio and video equipment.
After everthing was installed and my wife and I moved into the house, I have never hesitated to call Dominion to ask questions and get advise. They are always more than happy to help. In addition, I have called them regarding a couple of very minor warranty issues in the last year and each time they have scheduled an appointment to come out to our home within a couple of days to fix the issue with no questions asked.
I think Dominion's customer service is summed up by the following short story. When we were building our home we were watching every dollar we spent. As such, I selected less expensive subwoofers for our home theater then I probably should have. After living in our home for about 6 months I became unhappy with my selection of subwoofers. Dominion offered us full credit on the subwoofers I originally chose and allowed me to apply that against an upgraded set of subwoofers! They did not have to do that as the subwoofers had been used for 6 months and I was the one who chose them. This illustrates the focus Dominion places on customer services and wanting to ensure their customers are happy.
Justin Brinkerhoff was my customer service agent and my main contact at Dominion. Justin has and continues to provide exellent advise and prompt customer service. Clay Brown performed the final installation of all of my home audio and video equipment and performs any warranty work we may have. Clay has been wonderful and courteous. I trust Clay and Justin to come into my home when my wife and I are at work.
In summary, I have been completely satisfied with my experience with Dominion and would recommend them to anybody.
