About seven months ago, I started a coaching program with Quinn from HCH. I think coaching saved me from over training and burning out. Quinn planned my workouts into my daily commute, which made training more manageable, and life better in general. I have stayed strong and consistent throughout the racing season, and even won a state champ jersey! Quinn has raced in all of the races in the area, so he is a good resource. Once I had a question about my bike fit, and Quinn had me come by that afternoon to check it out. I thought that was pretty accommodating!
Before starting the coaching program, I saw Dr. Hosmer for an initial check up. He was friendly and approachable. I don't have much of a reason to see a chiropractor, but it is comforting to know that his practice is there should any problem arise.
Also, Dr. Hosmer and Quinn both ride their bikes to work. The office is easy to get to by bike!
