Harmoni salon has the right idea astetically but every time I drive by the salon I can't help but recall my Horrible nightmare there last spring with MONICA NICOLE. To date I am still waiting for my hair to fully grow out -after the BIG MISTAKE MONICA NICOLE made on my hair. I TRUSTED HER in her word when she said she understood my explicit details PRIOR to her chopping into my hair. She can't blame anyone else for it, since she chopped into the side of my hair which had been a long straight angled cut and thus she tried to put a face frame which went really really bad! Then to add insult to injury she charged me $60. dollars and convinced me it was fine... a couple of days later when I called to see if she could fix it, she became DEFENSIVE AND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE NOR ADMITT TO FAULT NOR OFFER TO MAKE RIGHT HER WRONG. NO one from the salon ever bothered to follow up either ...ever. Guess their main concern is money. \r
Now I am still living with her mistake. Maybe is Monica keeps practicing on customers like you she's grow to be really good at what she does. \r
Just thought people should know the real Monica Nicole not just the fake face she puts forward while getting paide. Just wait till after she's got your money and try to see if she's willing to be nice. \r
