I have had unique situations including an insurance thing, and then having lightening hit, and a flooded pipe. Also, the boards for the air conditioning were from a bad batch, so R & S Mechanical is installing the third board now. My air conditioning has not been working properly for the last 2 months, but that is really not their fault and has been out of their hands.
Considering all the situations, they really have a grip on it. They have gone over, above, and beyond the call. They are good. They will do what they say they will do, and they have the expertise to do it. They are very professional.
