So i hired STI after fielding calls from about 5 other movers. I went with them because my rep Steve was very nice and seemingly told me about the service I was to receive. The movers who showed up were very hard to work with. Only 1 spoke English and he didnt even have a good grasp of the language. They made my 2 bedroom move take 8 hours, my last move 2 years ago took 4 (I used a different company). I was also charged over $300 for tape and boxes, I was told if i supplied my own they would be happy to use them which ofcourse was BS> When I called Steve about it he said he was sorry and agreed that i had been overcharged and that this kind of thing never happens. He told me that the movers were just tired. I had a 7 am start time which they insisted on. how they were tired i dont know. Steve said he would take care of the issue, a week went by I emailed and called and he is always on the other line or out of the office now. I finally tricked him on the phone and he put me on hold and never came back. I still havent heard back. This company is a joke and there are pleanty of other companies around to take the bait like I did. Run from this group of scammers,
