In these days great customer service is huge, I've been a customer of Ocean Reef for over 5 yrs. They always treat you with respect and acknowledge you when you enter their store. I have never had a bad experience there. Whenever I have had a problem with purchases they always have gone the extra mile to fix it, rather it's to replace an animal purchase or product. I really admire how they take in wounded animals and try to nurse them back to health. It's more than just making $$$ with these guys, they really have a passion for what they do. YOU HAVE TO VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!
