great deals and friendly staff 4/30/2012

I had not been to this store in a couple years as it was out of my normal commute...i did remember that the selection of reef equip and livestock was good...there was also a amazing looking younger girl working there that was worth the visit alone!! well....today i went there to see about a new coral and there she was (the coral and the girl!!!), this young lady was friendly and shall we say ""exposed"" in the chest area ....I am not ashamed of being drawn to what she was showing off as she obviously knew what she was doing...its gotta be good for sales!! anyway I bought a flowerpot coral and went away smiling!! more

Great costumer service 9/9/2010

In these days great customer service is huge, I've been a customer of Ocean Reef for over 5 yrs. They always treat you with respect and acknowledge you when you enter their store. I have never had a bad experience there. Whenever I have had a problem with purchases they always have gone the extra mile to fix it, rather it's to replace an animal purchase or product. I really admire how they take in wounded animals and try to nurse them back to health. It's more than just making $$$ with these guys, they really have a passion for what they do. YOU HAVE TO VISIT THIS PLACE!!!! more
