I bought an iPad at this store. They held the iPad for me to come pickup, which other stores wouldn't do for me. They were very prompt and professional. they took the time to help me learn to use it, since I had no experience with iPhone or iPad (Mac OS) devices. They also arranged for me to get another iPad at their Val Vista store a few weeks later.
