I bought an iPad at this store. They held the iPad for me to come pickup, which other stores wouldn't do for me. They were very prompt and professional. they took the time to help me learn to use it, since I had no experience with iPhone or iPad (Mac OS) devices. They also arranged for me to get another iPad at their Val Vista store a few weeks later. more

worst apple store ever 12/1/2009

We purchased a computer and it didn't even work correctly. Another issue came up and now they don't call or email me back. In short the people there threw my old hard drive in the trash with data still on it. The ""I"" stands for ""Imbeciles"". If you want a Mac purchase it from a corporate store not from here.
