Our puppy stayed before for 5 weeks and we were pleased but this time was the last time. I called to make sure they did not trim her as close as they did before. She has very curly hair. I spoke to the owner who is very nice. He made a note to make sure it was taken care of. When my son picked her up - she was all but shaved. She had nicks on her skin where she had actually been cut. They even trimmed her ears so that she looked like a cocker spaniel. She is a coton de tulear. I called and spoke with the manager who told me that they did the best they could because she was so matted! She was in their care. When she got there she was NOT matted. How did she get so matted is my question. For $396.00 I think we deserved better treatment. She will NEVER go there again.
