The oil change tech stripped out the oil drain plug hole and put in a ""temporary"" rubber plug. I had trouble with the same plug at the next oil change so they just replaced it with a new one. Later on, I had the car at my mechanic for a repair and it was due for an oil change again, so I had them do it. They could not get the rubber plug to stop leaking after putting it back in. The mechanic said this plug is a temporary fix only and that it should have been repaired properly. I had to replace the oil pan due to the lack of competency at Fast Jack's and they refused to pay for it. Everyone should seriously think about trusting your vehicle to these clowns.
