I am assuming by the other post that they must have new people in the lube area! I have always had a great experiance here! everyone is very friendly and professional! Both the lube and carwash gentlemen have been nothing but that! Thanks for a great Job! more

Ruined oil drain pan 9/1/2010

The oil change tech stripped out the oil drain plug hole and put in a ""temporary"" rubber plug. I had trouble with the same plug at the next oil change so they just replaced it with a new one. Later on, I had the car at my mechanic for a repair and it was due for an oil change again, so I had them do it. They could not get the rubber plug to stop leaking after putting it back in. The mechanic said this plug is a temporary fix only and that it should have been repaired properly. I had to replace the oil pan due to the lack of competency at Fast Jack's and they refused to pay for it. Everyone should seriously think about trusting your vehicle to these clowns. more

Obviously broke my car and blamed me. Had to call police. 1/30/2010

The employee tore my oil censor off while changing my oil and told me he ""barely"" toched it. I explained that that's fine just get it back to where it was when I came in. He told me he couldn't do that and it was my responsibility and he was sick of ""jack-off's trying to screw him."" At this point I called the police. They will be hearing from my lawyer. BEST AUTO SEVICE AT A FAIR PRICE 3/23/2008

I visit fast jacks on a regular basis both for lube service and washing my benz there lube and wash services are impecible,car always clean and running like a top,I have had problems before with the douch bags at jiffy lube (not adding correct oil !!!) Last summer i had my wifes car detailed there with the hopes of selling it the car came out so clean we decided to keep it.WOW keep up the good work. nice place but lube techs are no good, customer service sucks.they didn't check tire pressure, they didn't let me know if i needed any other service that's recommended. they also seem very lazy. i hope they get better techs. if you go for oil change be careful and watch them closely.
