To begin with I have made several appointments with Open Door and I had to cancel because after an appointment is made, someone calls up from the salon asking me to reschedule according to their convenience. I have been to the place twice. First time I went in there was for a massage. I admit the massage therapist was wonderful. However, the person at the front desk was very rude. The second time I went there was for a haircut. I had made an appointment a day before and had asked for an Ultimate Style and the hair stylist only gave me a simple haircut with a blowout. The staff at the premises were gossiping amongst each other and my hair stylist was not concentrating on her job. When I was done with the haircut and I was making a payment, the staff was not paying attention to the billing, instead they were talking in hushed tone about someone and ignoring me. I had to wait for someone to pick me up and the lady at the front desk shouted at me saying ""How may I help you?"". I replied that I already had a haircut and am just waiting to be picked up by my friend. The staff is not even aware of their clients. Horrible place with bad work ethics. I wouldn't go there again
