My furnace died on Christmas Eve. I was concerned that we would not have heat over the holidays, particularly on Christmas Day when we were having 25 people over for dinner. Cabrillo was at my house within a couple hours of my call. The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within half an hour and after replacing the electronics board my furnace was working again. I particularly appreciated the representative letting me watch him work while explaining what he was doing so I could learn about furnace maintenance.
