Ernesto, Papillon's BEST Hairstylist and Colorist haS MOVED TO 377 NEW YORK AVENUE (corner of NY Avenue and Elm St.) He does the most amazing color I've ever seen and I am proud to have followed him to his new location!!!! He is so so talented, friendly and the atmosphere at the new salon is EDGY and AMAZINGLY STYLISH!!
