Purchased a very expensive guitar from them ($3,000) with a promise in writing of a new case that they would order. They kept saying it was on order, Taylor was out of stock, it was coming in next week, then next month. After several months it was apparent that they never had any intent of giving me a new case they were just waiting for the return period to expire. They wouldn't communicate with me anymore at all. It is very rare to find a business like this that can tell you on the phone and in writing (emails) several times that they intend to do something and then blow you off!!!!! This is a place to avoid like the plague.
